Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Certain products such as custom items, sale items, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed/shipped.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to our mistake.
